櫃枱服務挺好的 但是怎麼停車費還要付錢 我住你酒店還得自己付停車費 房間挺大 但是浴缸好像會漏水 泡個澡 整個廁所和擦腳墊都潮濕

The hotel accomodate to my request for decoration perfectly! Thanks for that. The only complain i have, the parking is not free for hotel guest, it was on a flat rate of rm3.71. And the hotel lift was quite slow for a building that has so many floor, so you will end up waiting for a while everytime for the lift. Other than that, the room and toile was spacious. Bathtub was really big. However, wished there was a bathrobe, and for the slipper to be thicker..

Situated in the neighbourhood area od Damansara, Dorsett Hartamas offers stylish stay at somehow mid-range price. Plaza Damas is a stone's throw walking from the hotel, making it a suitable place to dine, shop and retreat. However, I experienced the following, making the overall rating reduced: 1. No hot water for shower/ sink - until the next morning 2. The room is appeared compact and less spacious compared to what's been shown in website/ room selection 3. Not mentions of parking is paid separately (RM 3.70 per entry, not FOC)

I stayed at Dorsett Hotel from August 14th to 19th, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Due to my travel schedule, I arrived at around 10 PM, but the front desk staff were still very patient and helpful during check-in, which made me feel welcomed. I booked a windowless single room and requested a king-size bed, and the hotel kindly arranged it exactly as I asked. The room was clean, tidy, and even came with complimentary local snacks that were replenished every day, which was a lovely surprise. The rooftop facilities include a swimming pool, gym, and bar. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring swimwear or gym clothes this time, so I couldn’t try them out. However, enjoying the night view of the city from the rooftop was already a wonderful experience. The hotel also offers laundry service, which can be arranged through the front desk, and breakfast service, though I didn’t get the chance to try it during my stay. There was one small incident during my stay: I accidentally got a minor cut from the shower handle hose. When I called the front desk to ask for a band-aid, the staff were genuinely concerned, immediately arranged for a technician to fix the issue, and even offered to send a band-aid to my room. Although they ran out of band-aids at that moment, they kindly provided iodine for disinfection and told me to collect a band-aid later. In the end, my friend bought one for me, but I was truly touched by the staff’s quick response and thoughtful care. Overall, Dorsett Hotel offers a convenient location, comfortable environment, and warm, attentive service. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The best stay ever in kl,,my kids love the pool so much..and suprising the view was so amazing with the price room,,very cheaper than other hotel ,,will repeat for the next time👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Stayed at Dorsett Hartamas recently and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Towels provided were very old and worn out, which is unexpected for a hotel of this standard. None of the rooms seem to come with a hair dryer, I had to request one, and it took more than an hour to arrive. Worst part was that the room had a leak, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The location is convenient, but the service and maintenance definitely need improvement.

Place is clean but the room that we gotten is not like the picture shown. Maybe some newer rooms has it. Overall still ok to stay for short 訂房網站

Not as good as its sister hotel in Putrajaya. Got a room withoit window but notably, no bathrobes. Nearby Hartamas Shopping Centre does not look alive for sure.
